Cancellation Policy

There is a Cancellation Policy in place due to the cost involved of missed appointments.

Customers have the right to cancel the service within 14 days of purchasing it, as per 

Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. The fee for the session will be returned in full.

After 14 days from when the service was purchased, the client has the right to reschedule the appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled session free of charge. 

If the customer is late, does not attend the appointment or cancels it within less than 72 hours, they will be charged the full amount for session.

As part of my cancellation policy, please note that I reserve the right to cancel appointments for any reason. In such cases, you will have the option to receive a full refund for the session or reschedule the appointment. Please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for any associated costs incurred by you such as travel expenses, hotel fees or anything else in the event of a cancellation initiated by myself.
