Booking & Cancellation Policy
There is a cancellation policy in place to cover the costs associated with missed appointments and the time invested in preparation.
1. Statutory Right to Cancel (The 14-Day Rule)
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel a service within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the session has not already taken place.
Request for Early Service: By scheduling an appointment to take place within this 14-day period, you are expressly requesting for the service to begin immediately.
Waiver of Refund: You acknowledge that once the session has been delivered, your statutory right to cancel and receive a refund no longer applies.
2. The 72-Hour Notice Policy
This policy applies to all bookings, regardless of whether they were made within or outside of the 14-day statutory cooling-off period. I operate a 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
To protect the time reserved exclusively for you and the work performed in preparation for your session, a 72-hour notice period applies to all bookings:
More than 72 hours' notice: You may reschedule your appointment or cancel for a full refund.
Less than 72 hours' notice (including same-day cancellations or no-shows): The full session fee will be charged and is non-refundable. This covers the cost of missed appointments and the time invested in session preparation, which cannot be reallocated at short notice.
Late Attendance: If you are late for a session, the full fee still applies, and the session will end at the originally scheduled time.
3. Cancellations by the Practitioner
I reserve the right to cancel appointments for any reason. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund for the session or the option to reschedule. Please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for any associated costs incurred by you, such as travel expenses, hotel fees, or any other third-party costs, in the event of a cancellation initiated by myself.
