There is a Cancellation Policy in place due to the cost of missed appointments.
Customers have the right to cancel the service within 14 days of purchasing it, as per Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 and will receive a full refund of the session fee. After 14 days, if the customer wishes to cancel, they are no longer eligible for a refund.
Following the 14-day period from the date of purchase, clients can reschedule their appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled session at no extra charge.
If a customer is late, does not attend, or cancels within less than 72 hours of the scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged.
As part of my cancellation policy, please note that I reserve the right to cancel appointments for any reason. In such cases, you will have the option to receive a full refund for the session or reschedule the appointment. Please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for any associated costs incurred by you such as travel expenses, hotel fees or anything else in the event of a cancellation initiated by myself.
