You will also learn effective tools to manage stress and worries. Additionally, we will explore lifestyle choices that may be contributing to your sleep disruption and address them effectively with appropriate techniques.

You can book individual sessions or choose the package of 5 sessions and enjoy an exclusive discount of £50.00 off the total price.


Single Session: £80


Package: 5 Sessions – £350 total (includes £50 discount).

Payment for the sessions is in instalments:

• First instalment of £175, due at the time of booking

• Second instalment of £175, due before the third appointment
