Pricing:


Sessions last around 90 minutes, and up to 2 hours depending on your needs. This gives us the time needed to create real change without feeling rushed.


You can book individual sessions or choose the 4-session package and save £25 on the overall cost.


Single Session: £68


Package: 4 Sessions – £247 total. This includes a £25 discount, which means each session costs £61, giving you more value for money.
