Through a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic process, we will work together to explore the underlying factors contributing to your habits and develop tailored strategies to address them effectively. We will focus on helping you regain control over impulsive or unhelpful actions, so you can free yourself from behaviours that do not serve you.
Pricing:
Sessions last around 90 minutes, and up to 2 hours depending on your needs. This gives us the time needed to create real change without feeling rushed.
You can book individual sessions or choose to pay for two sessions in advance and save £10 on the overall cost.
